I kept with the blue theme by embossing some white cardstock, then I rubbed my Distress Oxide ink pads right over the raised area of the embossing.
I die cut the sentiment shadow from the panel and added the sentiment from white cardstock over that. I also splattered with my white Posca pen.

Love your embossed and colored bg, Karen. I would have never thought of blue pooinsettias....BUT they are a stunning backdrop for your sentiment. An impressive card.
