For Lyn's TLC challenge on Monday TLC943 Mini Moo 03/20/2023 by Rebeccaof at Splitcoaststampers I confess I found this size just a tiny bit small to work with, but I did have fun. I tipped out the box of bits on my desk, and after seeing how small the base was, discarded many things. But the little rabbit was a good size, and the gold scrap fish. I coloured the rabbit to look like Peter Rabbit and added him to a small offcut of an acrylic gel print - left from leaf printing, I think. I embossed a base with the Sizzix dandelion ef and then found a suitable sentiment to add from Unity (Owlie Wishes).
For the other card, I used a scrap of blue stamped with IO's Paisley Crystal in a darker blue to create a background for the fish. Fish is popped up on foam, mini moo is popped up on foam on a base embossed with SU's underwater ef lightly rubbed with a silver luster rub-on. I stamped the Waffle Flower sentiment first, and added a strip cut with Swirly Scribbles in the same blue as the main layer. I had cut silver, but DH rejected it. This one, when finished, made me think of those display cases one sees in museums and old country pubs in the past. I added a couple of sequins.

So creative! it's hard to think on such a small scale, isn't it? i really love the way you made these into cards with such interesting embossed backgrounds. I also love how you consult with your hubby....he definitely has his opinions.
