I was inspired by a make and take at the 05 convention. They made a bright fun card that folded from the bottom. I used recollections DS paper and the faux rim technique. I like the "wishing you the best" set on standard card stock. I tried it on the vellum, but I couldn't read the word. My DH gave me a challenge to change things up a little. If you notice the DS paper is cut so the lines are going in different directions. The seam of the curve on the vertical stripes mirrors the curve of the flower stem. Then the circle punched faux rim tag "is" the flower. It adds a little interest, as he says.
