Its really easy. I am working on making directions for it. If you have ever done an explosion card, it done the same way only you are not folding the end corners. Once you have the triangle with the sides that are folded in, you will take the front of the triangle and fold the top layer towards the center.
The dimensions are 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 and go down a half an inch for every layer until you get to a 2 x 2 square.

Beautiful... we made this tree at a class last week with a blue snowflake paper. The orgami tree also works well with mulberry paper.. we used the 3 inch, 2 1/2 inch, 2 inch and 1 1/2 inch squares too.
