I'm making this for my next stamp club meeting. It's the smaller 8-1/2" version of a squash book. I kept it simple using mainly plain CS or patterned paper so that guests can add phoots and journaling at home. No stamping except for the front.

This is really cute! I am having a hard time finding the instructions for this smaller one made with the 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Can youi help me out with some directions. Thank you, Laurie. You have such nive cards always on SCS.

I didn't use any instructions since I had a larger version I in my collection and I looked at some of the gallery samples. But, I'm handing out this DIY instruction sheet for my clients (8x8 version) and simply giving them alternate paper sizes.
inside sheets - 8-1/2 x 8-1/2 (cut 3)
cover chipboard - 4-1/2 x 4-1/2 (cut 2)
layer squares - 4 x 4 (cut 4 for center; cut 6 for edges - then cut 6 in half on the diagonal to make triangles) **alternatively you could use double-sided CS for the inside sheets and skip this step!
