I know it says Creative Memories! I haven't made my Stampin' Up one yet but this gives you the idea!! I'm going to make mine with 25 squares for an upcoming crop. Guests spend $1 per square & when the board is filled you draw & the winner gets $25 in SU product! Use small post it notes for the guests to put their name on!

I'm doing it at a crop I'm sponsoring at my kid's school. I think you could do it at several ws until it gets filled but I would not use the post-it notes in case they fall off. This poster is designed to be reusable. Just make one on the cardboard that comes in the paper packs and have the guests write their name & number & then you can draw whenever it gets filled up!

Good idea, but I am a little confused? At $1 a square one customer with a $50 order could fill the entire board, and automatically get $25 in merchandise? Shouldn't it be a little more than $1 a square?

The picture posted is for 50 squares therefore the winner gets $50 in product. Each person spend $1 per chance. I'm going to make mine with 25 squares therefore when I do it the winner will get $25 in product. Does that make sense now?

yep. I was thinking she got a square for each $1 in product she purchased (I think I saw something similar where squares were earned by of $$'s purchased)........not just that the person was buying a square. Guess I shouldn't post before morning coffee.....

I have a "Stampin' Squares" sheet that I take to all my workshops. It looks like a calendar page and it has numbers in each square - much smaller - my ladies pay $2 for a square and write their names right on the square. When it's full - I cut it up where ever I am (workshop, club, etc.) and I do the drawing - the winner gets $50 to spend!!! I usually fill one of these every month - great for sales. I always tell them it's better odds than lottery scratch-offs!
