I used mod podge for this technique, but you can easily use Crystal Effects instead! You paint the back of the stamped acetate with the Mod Podge, then carefully drop reinker on top of the design. I blot off any excess ink, then press a tissue paper sheet that has been wrinkled and smoothed out across the back. Press the tissue into the Mod Podge and you are done. Let it dry and mount on a piece of white cardstock

Oh jan this is so pretty, i have been playing with this stamp since my DH overpruned my bushes and I got only a few blossoms this year!!! Thanks for the directions, Nancyruth
