Oh, these two tone ones are a little tricky but worth the time and effort. With a clear glass ornament ball I took some clear embossing refill ink and dropped about 10 drops into the bottom of the ornament. I very slowly turned the ornament coating the bottom half with the refill ink. Then, I very carefully dropped about 10 drops of Brilliant Blue refill ink into the ornament trying not to let it run into the clear too much and I slowly continued turning the ornament until the blue coated the top half of the ornament. I then let it sit inverted in a small dixie cup for just a minute to allow come of the excess ink to drip out and allow a little of the clear ink to mingle with the blue. Then I just put some dazzling diamonds glitter into the ball using a funnel made out of a piece of paper. Holding a paper towel over the hole of the ornament, shake the dazzling diamonds around until it coats the entire inside of the ball. Then empty the excess glitter back into its container and you're done. Does that all make sense? The real tricky part is adding the second color.

So the glitter just sticks to the re-inker? I would think it would need a binding agent or something. This is WAY cool!! Too bad I only have the Soft Subtle re-inkers!! LOL

No binder necessary. The glitter sticks. You definitely need to put something in there though. Can't just use the re-inker without glitter, ep or pearlex because it just doesn't dry. I just put one on my tree that I made last year and it's still just as beautiful as the day we made them.
