I've been thinking about seeing if realtors would be interested in sending handmade thank you cards to their clients who recently purchased a home from them. This is the idea I came up with. This is a very rough draft, but what do you think? Can you tell which realtor this is associated with?

I think it's great! The only other thing I would try is to place the card vertically and put the window up on dimensionals. Please be sure to share whatever you end up with! tfs

Very cute - love the siding and roof - great coloring on the window. I agree with possibly stamping another window, cutting it out and attaching with foam adhesive - or just cutting out the flowers and pots and popping them - you could also put a piece of lacy ribbon or even lace for the curtain. You could put a "sold" sign on it sticking in the grass at an angle.... it's great like it is though for mass production!

Love it! What a great idea! I know when we have sold our house/s - realtors always love to give you a gift and and a card - often for years... really an untapped market for selling cards! I just love it! I don't think you need to do anything to improve , except maybe the idea of putting up the windows and tiles up on dimensionals.
I'm afraid I cannot guess what realty you have in mind - but maybe that is because I live in Canada. Hmmm - those colours....I'm thinking. The gold and brown tones...hmm - I'll get back to you on that one....
