Let me explain exactly how to make this very easy card. Take plain white glossy paper. Ink up 3 different hearts in 3 different colors. Stamp on the paper, slightly overlapping. Then take the glossy paper and cut it into strips. Most of mine were 1/4inch wide, although I made a few smaller. All were the same length. Tape each strip next to each other onto a plain piece of cardstock or copy paper (you can't see this plain piece when the card is finished). That piece is smaller than the strips and I xyroned it to get it sticky. Take a message stamp and stamp on top of the whole thing and lift the whole thing and mount on plain cardstock. I got the basic idea from a book called Texture Effects for Rubber Stamping. I hope this is clear!
