Here are my boxes for the Qbee's peek-a-boo box challenge. This is my first technique challenge and it was so much fun! I am going to fill these up with a bunch of SUPER sugary stuff and give them to my niece and nephew. Hehehe!!!
So, I printed out the template on pumpkin pie cs. I stamped the star background (from Background Basics) in black all over the outside side of the template. I used my mega scalloped square punch for the black mat on the top, the black frame for the window, and for the green panel inside the top. On the top I matted the main image with lavender lace and old olive cs (for some reason when I think of witches I think of green, purple, and black). The witchy pumpkin image (from Festive Four) is stamped in black Stazon and was water colored with the Aqua Painter and colored with Le Plume markers. The sentiment inside the lid is from All Holidays and is stamped in basic black on the scalloped old olive panel. I stamped the star background around the edge of the panel. For the frame around the window, I used my mega scalloped square punch and then used the same square punch I used to make the window to punch out the center of the scalloped piece. I cut up a plastic baggie to make the window, adhering it to the frame with mounting tape. The whole thing was glued together (just the parts that needed adhesive) with mounting tape. I tied some black velvet ribbon from Club Scrap around the sides of the box.
So, what do you think? Thanks for looking!

Well, Dorothy, here's what I think...you are having too much fun! This box is adorable. I've made 3 this afternoon (and i was only home for an hour!), and I think I'm having fun with them too! Isn't it wonderful to start with nothing and end up with these cool boxes!!!!! TFS. Anne.
