In the past I did a lot of deco podge and had some Mod Podge left over. Thought I'd try a different kind of technique with it.
I stamped the trees with basic black first onto vanilla CS. Then crumpled and ripped some tissue paper. As you would decopodge, I used a brush and adhereded the tissue paper onto the CS with the Mod Podge letting folds and wrinkels take over. Then I watercolored with ink refills over the top using mod podge instead of water. I let this all dry over night.
In the morning I swiped VersaMark under the tree line and embossed with silver Ep. Then embossed the Hope sentiment with black EP over the silver embossed area.
