This one is for my hubby for Valentine's Day. It's parts have been languishing in my "To DO" box from a few years, so I pulled it out and completed it with a few modifications to its original design. Here is another focus on Route 8 of the Alphabet Challenges to meet my goal to finish them all! Along the way, it met a few other challenges as well!
#1. Alphabet Challenge, Round 8, Letter S...no double challenge for me on this one! (It was to use hot glue as part of your card design...to be quite honest...dried hot glue reminds me of buggers...I just couldn't go there...LOL)! My Letter S is for this "So Sweet" Valentine.
2. Dirty Dozen February Monthly Themes - "Cold Hands, Warm Heart" - 2/15/17. Central Theme CT0218 - I'm going with putting hearts on my card!
3. Dirty Dozen November Monthly Themes - "Holiday Happiness" - 11/15/17. Inspiration picture: DINSP1117 - going with the color scheme, but black in place of the bit of green. I thought it was black on the small picture at first!
4. USEIT2018 - ongoing annual challenge. My entire card is made from items in my stash since 2015...probably even the rhinestones as I don't use them too terribly often.

Oh Carlene, what a wonderfully sweet Valentine for your hubby! It warmed my heart through and through to read you had the bits and pieces for this card to go for a few years now. I love the patterned papers you chose for your beautifully arranged hearts and I love this wonderful ribbon treatment too. Ha! I hear you on hot glue too! ~Karen.
