This is for today's sketch challenge and also for the Alphabet Challenge letter I is for island as we are doing locations this round.
I love bright colors so this was fun to make. I die cut my two stitched hexagons - the blue one is from a gel print. The other one, I stamped the image using SU markers to get the different colors. I used a scalloped circle to lightly sponge the sky around the palm trees.
I dry embossed my background panel and heat embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder. The top hexagon is popped up with foam tape.
