Julie has given us a terrific whimsical site this week called MacKenzie Childs. This week our challenge from the watercolor video was using masking fluid. I need practice applying this to paintings. I took a ruler and pencil and created the squares and applied the masking fluid with a new cheap flat brush. Then using black watercolor paints applied to the background. Needed to do this twice. Using the eraser that takes off sticky glue removed the masking fluid. They are not perfect, but it was good practice. Next using a stamp and die that has been not used stamped painted and cut it out. Added the ribbon for and added detail. TFL

Snazzy card, Linda. How fun you used masking fluid to do this. I love your big checks and really pretty flowers. GREAT card. Hugz
