I made this card to try out making background stripes with my aquabrush. Sprayed the paper with water and then aquabrushed the stripes on. Wanted to try a new idea...what the challenge is all about...finding new ways to use things or use them more often. I also added glitter to the water and the birds to get the effect of the sunset across the water.

Oh, I love this card! Totally perfect colors for this, and I love the glitter you added for the water effect. I got this set when it retired, but haven't used it yet. I'm saving this for "reference." ;) TFS. Linda

Wow!!! I love it that you painted those stripes. I have to go try that today. It is clever and unique. It would allow another concept in adding backgrounds using our colors.

Absolutely adorable!!!! Fantastic colors coordinating with the flamingoes. I have a hard time deciding how to use Tickled Pink, but this is inspiring. TFS

This card has been in my favorites for a long time. I was looking at it again today and realized I had never commented on it. I LOVE it! It is such a perfect BG with the flamingos. Love the whole thing. TFS
