As you may have guessed, Gautreaux is a Cajun name. This is going to my in-laws' house in MS about 70 miles from New Orleans, where they are currently housing 15 people, 9 dogs, and some birds and miniature horses :-)

Wow, this is too weird!!! I work for a medical specialist, and we had a patient referred to us today with this last name! The referring doctor's office said it was pronounced like "go-tro." I have never seen it before in my life, and now twice in one day!! Go figure! Hope they're OK down south!
