The wheel design is colored in the chalk/pastels.
The holes punched in the sides for lacing is every quarter inch.
Brads are only through the top layer so it doesnÂ’t interfere with the tag.
The tagÂ’s square holes came that way from a print shop but they do have punches that would create the same look. The wire going through the squares is tucked under the layer on each end. I made the design by doing a half turn with pliers. Polyshrink charm.

this is one of the best uses of this set i've ever seen!! i borrowed this set from a friend.....your design makes me want to buy it for myself!!!!!!!!!!!!
