Today Gracie is our hostess for the Teapot Challenge, and she has us reminiscing. When I was young my parents belonged to an archery club. We would go camping as a group in the summer. One of the families in the group were Native American. I can remember sitting on the ground in a circle and the grown-ups would pass around a peace pipe. On one occasion the kids were allowed to take a small toke. I realize nowadays that would be considered poor parenting, but we were excited. The feathers on this dream catcher remind me of the feathers that hung from that peace pipe. Thanks for the memories, Gracie.
