I know this may be morbid to some people, but my DH is an avid hunter and his b-day falls during his elk hunt. LOL
I want to re-do the rubber cement background. I made it have too much creamy caramel, but I need to go buy some more rubber cement before I do that!

yes, I first brayered the glossy cardstock with creamy caramel. Then i did "splotches" of RC. Brayered over that with Old Olive. More "splotches", then Garden Green, "splotches", close to cocoa. You can then either add more "splotches" & then brayer choc chip oevr it, or black. your preference. Your card will mostly be RC by the time you're done.
On my background, I originally had too much creamy caramel, so I tried to fix it by coloring in some spots with a close to cocoa marker, but it made it look pretty sloppy. So just an FYI (according to my DH), don't make the creamy caramel "splotches" too big. LOL

This is a WONDERFUL card. My hubby will freak. His BD is in Jan so I will have to make this for him, the cross hairs are just the topping on the cake, no, the camo is, no, the tag, man this is just the best card!! Very nicely done.

I love this! My dh and I both hunt. This is great! Funny, my dh's birthday falls on opening day of firearm whitetail season here in Michigan, November 15th!

WOW - this is a great card!!! Masculine cards are very, very tough for me. This one is perfect! I've never used the rc tech, but just may have to try it!

I also really like this card. It is difficult for me to come up with masculine cards too because of the stamp sets I have. I do have this stamp set and will be CASING this one. Thanks for sharing.

You've inspired me to scrapbook my hubby's new Airsoft hobby . . . he has the guns, bb's, targets and some of his gear already and the season hasn't even started yet !!! His birthday is on 3/15, so I'm going to make him a few pages to scrapbook his hobbies !!!
I wonder, does the RC have to dry between colors? It won't mess up my brayer at all, will it?
