Out of Control with Ribbon! I created 11 basket/shelves on the wall in back of the door in my stamp room. Each shelf holds between 30-50 spools of ribbon depending on the size.
Unfortunately, I have these racks full and 2 shelves on a bookcase in another room full so I also had to buy the DVD case on the left to put more ribbons in as well.
The Black DVD case was 25.00 from Walmart and has the glass doors which is great.
The wire racks were bought at Home Depot and screwed into the wall. I put up a curtain rod with curtain panels to "cover" the ribbon as well.
Works great and it feels good to organize the mounds of ribbon...once I finish going through the bags of ribbon and putting it in the DVD case...I will not be "enabled" by any more of these great ribbons that everyone talks about

oh this makes me feel so good! I think you have more ribbon than me. On one hand this makes me feel very virtuous, and then on the other hand, I want to come over and see what you have that I don't -and of course then I would need more ribbon! I love how you stored all those spools. I'm looking for new storage solutions too since ribbon just keeps appearing in my house too!
