This is a card I made for a swap with Kurstan from SCS. I was trying to come up with lots of different Toile Blossoms ideas.
It was inspired by a Stipple Butterfly card I had made using the same idea of a stamped image and a watercolored tag. Seeing this again makes me want to redo this card for my basket!!!

ppofct: here's how I made this card. I first stamped the flower in Eggplant on the Orchid CS. I then cut out a tag and stamped the flower on the tag in Basic Black. Because this is a tag, and it's angled sideways, It's rather forgiving--you don't have to line everything up like you would if you wanted a centered square.
If you are nervous the first time you try this, then stamp on a sheet of paper, align your tag where you want it to be on that stamped image and then try to stamp over that image on the paper again. You should end up the the flower centered just where you positioned it on your scratch sheet.
After stamping the tag, I watercolored it and then lined the tag up with the image on the CS. Hope that helps! ~ Nicole
