Spray watercolor paper with water. Using a rainbow ink pad, stamp onto the wet paper. Dry with a heat gun, front and back. After it's dry, restamp over your watercolor images.
I sponged on blue Mica Magic around the images. But any type of ink or chalk would work just as well.
I sprayed dark blue cs with Pearl Ex and hairspray for the frame and sentiment panel.
I corner punched the panel to make it a frame.
I used Versa Mark with Silver detail embossing powder for Christmas Wishes.
I cut off one end of a double spiral clip as an ornament hanger.
Voila!
