Got this idea from stampingnews.com get site for techniques. Use parachment paper, then place your s/c on top, then a piece of plastic wrap, stamp on tissue paper, scrunch it up, then unscrunch it lay it on plastic wrap, place another piece of plastic wrap on tissue paper. Cover with second piece of parachment paper and iron on high heat, trim of excess tissue and plastic wrap.

Oooh- very neat technique. So, I understand the parchment is just a protector and not part of the final card. It's parchment that I would use to bake not a decorative paper. At first, I didn't realize that. Thanks for sharing.
