My mother recently got a set of vintage rose dishes that I had to try and capture in stamps. I stamped the outline in Rose Red and pulled color from Rose Romance, Sage Shadow, and Ballet Blue markers with a blender pen. Then I covered the entire oval with VersaMark and put on one coat of a pearlescent embossing powder, which softened the rose images and gave just the right antique-plate look. The background is Victorian Lace with white embossing powder to look like (of course) a lace table cloth.

Beautiful card! You definitely succeeded in capturing the look of vintage rose dishes. Love how that lace background turned out using the white EP. TFS. Linda
