Ok, I didn't actually do this it is a picture of what was done at the DC regional meeting for SU.
I believe the paper was 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 scored at 6 1/2 on the long side. Fold it over to form the top flap. The 6 x 6 protector is the page protectors from the photo albums in the catalog (pg 210). You probably could use something else. I think it had 4 matching envelopes and cards inside. The cards were the small gift cards with the mini scalloped envelopes. All stamped to match each other and put in the pouch and closed with a velcro closure. And ribbon at the top to form a handle. They also made a matching pen to go with it.
Sorry I'm not more specific. But I didn't take notes to closely on this one.

For those of us unlucky enough to not have attended, I would also beg that there be a tutorial or "how to" posted on how to do these adorable pouches. Thanks for posting the picture.

I have one more question. Did they use the WHOLE page protector (or just 1/2, i.e. front side). If they used the whole protector, is the entire protector glued on the front of the paper, or is the paper inside the protector? Make sense? Thanks for the instructions above!

I love this idea. Have you posted the directions? I would love to know how. I am new into stamping now for 2 months. I have to come up with a handmade item to share at our yearly party and would love to make these. Where do you find the pens?
