I just use a plastic spoon (you know the kind you might use at a picnic) that I keep in my pencil case with my markers and pens...

I have unmounted all my stamps (well almost all of them). They are all stored in cd cases. I have mounted them on EZMount. I actually have a tutorial on my blog if you're interested.
