I am having the same issues. Its really getting frustrating. I also have found out that my new cartridge came with a misprinted book.

I need to get a new one now.

Hope they fix it soon.

I have them and yes, I was having this same problem. What I did to fix this was only cut them 1 paper or cardstock at a time and not use as much presure when I was pushing down on the handle.:p...
