Haven't noticed them rubbing off on anything. But I just tried rubbing it with my finger and a little sparkle does rub off...but it took some effort.

Oh, I get the job ticket holders from amazon. They're the C-line 9x12 in a pack of 50 for about $20. You can see that they will hold an entire package of SU cardstock and then some.
