I'm still working on my Technique Lover's Challenge collection of ATCs--trying to make an album to help me remember all the cool techniques I've learned on SCS.
This is the Blocked Collage Technique from Kimm Bennington-Thompson. Her website is not working anymore, so I had to look at the gallery of TLC37 and remember how it was done.
The wisteria is made with the *fern* stamp from Watercolor Minis--stamped in eggplant, stamped off, then stamped white on top. When I was through I embossed with Dazzling Diamond Dust--mostly what stuck to the white.
