Did this with my Stamp Club. They loved it! I did too. We used pastels on vellum. I used the stipple brush for the background on the blue one. And sewed the hemp on the side of the more mustard by making holes and then going through the holes and tying it together at the top.

Love the soft look! I just don't use my pastels....have better luck with watercoloring. I have never used the pastels on vellum. Do you have to put a fixative afterwards?

Both of these cards are wonderful. I haven't tried pastels on vellum yet, but these two cards certainly give me ideas. I also love how you sewed the first card with the hemp, very creative.
