I stamped the sport shirt onto white cardstock using Brilliance Black ink and colored the sleeves and neck-line with a Not Quite Navy marker. The numbers were then stamped using Not Quite Navy ink and I used a W-1 Copic marker to add some shading to the shirt so that it didnÂ’t look so flat.
Since Melanie hasnÂ’t come out with a soccer ball stamp yet (hint-hint) , I decided to draw one out on the computer and print it out. I cut it out and added a little shading with the W-1 Copic marker.
To create the look of grass, I used my scissors to slit the top of a strip of Kiwi Kiss cardstock. I sponged the edges with Kiwi Kiss ink and then added two screw brads before adhering it to the Kiwi Kiss cardfront (4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″).
I sponged the edge of the Kiwi Kiss cardstock before mounting the shirt and soccer ball with dimensionals. The “Soccer Boy” sentiment was then stamped with Not Quite Navy ink.
