This card uses the reinkers and an empty cartridge technique that we learned at convention. Also, I got the color combo off the new Color Coach. The layout was inspired by JulieHrr.

The rainbow wheel cartridge was made by squeezing several drops of ink in a random pattern on a one-cell jumbo cartridge. Then repeat with remaining colors (moving from lightest to darkest) until cartridge is completely inked. I picked my five colors of reinker from the new Color Coach.
Beautiful card...very different color scheme for snowflakes Once you have the cartridge inked as you want, is it easy to re-ink in the same way when the cartridge becomes dry? Or do the colors all blend making it too difficult for the colors to be placed as they originally were? I love your idea and the resulting card. Again...BEAUTIFUL

magibby, when the cartridge dried out, I had to rinse it out before reusing. Because the reinker is so concentrated, most of the colors just look black on the cartridge -- so I'd have no idea where to reink each color. However, it did rinse out very well. Once it was dry I reinked and all was well.
I just have to ask because you say go lightest to darkest - do you mean down the cartridge so that the light color is on one side then it gets darker as you go to the other side? The way it looks is that the colors are all mixed in.
Sorry I had to ask for more directions - I love this!
This is neat!!!!!!!! what colors of reinkers did you use,,, I counted 4 ink colors unless you also used whisper white? Getting ready to order so want to get the right colors................. Thanks

You did such a wonderful job on this! I've been too chicken to try the reinkers on an empty cartridge, but I may have to this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration!
