I just saw your card in the thread about pastels...How cool is this? I tried it already!! I would have never thought of using a ruler and eraser TFS ...this is going to make a great stamp camp project

stamp your image ( big butterfly ) onto whisper white cardstock in black.. then using cotton balls I use the chalks ( whatever color you want ) to rub the colors so they blend into each other all over the piece of whisper white.. then after you filled in the piece with chalk take your ruler and line up on the cs centering around your stamped image ( kind like framing your stamped image ) then take a pencil eraser and drag this eraser down the side of the ruler one swipe usually does the trick and if you mess up ( which we know there are NO mistakes in stmping right Hee! Hee! ) just fill in the line with your chalks again and redo the line once you finish with the lines go back and stamp a small image to fill in the empty spaces ( small butterfly on mine )
HTH
most of my girls at the meeting that did this techinque bought the chalks and they all did different color schemes which all were beautiful I wish I added green galore on mine above (I used pink passion, only orange, and yoyo yellow ) with the green galore this makes it even more striking .. even in the blue and purple family which is what my Daughter did and it was awesome ..
Thanks girls
