Thanks for the lovely comments, guys! Here's the trick to reproducing the look:
Use glossy cardstock and protect the parts you want to keep white with arabic gum and a paintbrush (snow on the ground and on top of branches). Then sponge Saffron, Celery and Eggplant ink on your glossy cardstock and let it dry. Take the arabic gum off. Spray glue on (aerosol glue) and pour glitter on your cardstock. Voil�! Instant sparkle
