Just found out last night that one of the farming families from the church where my husband is an Associate Pastor is giving us a 1/4 of beef!!! What a blessing. When I saw the inspiration challenge site, I knew I had to make a Country themed thank you note. I was inspired by the quilt block on this apron http://www.countryporch.com/aprons/homespun-holiday.asp to make a card using the Inset Embossing technique. I cut out the dp "quilt pieces" and glued them onto a square of dp then ran them through my Big Shot in the Square Lattice ef. I faux zig-zag stitched around the pieces with my Early Espresso marker. Added the sentiment, a couple of buttons, and a bow and it is good to go!
