This is for FEB11VSNB--a card inspired by a song sung at our wedding. Mine is inspired by the song sung as a prayer at our wedding. Randy and I dedicated our marriage to God that day during that song over 30 years ago. It was a good day--so my card represents a good day to Cherish Always. I like the way this card turned out--it's my favorite of the batch I made for VSN.
I masked the hills and stamped the flourishes and the medallion from Baroque Motifs as the sun. The medallion was rock and rolled in summer sun and pumpkin pie craft inks. I clear embossed the sun, then masked the sky and sponged the hills, then masked and sponged the clouds. Then overstamped the flowers from Baroque Motifs and the flourish from Always Elegant on the green. Then clear embossed again to emboss the flowers.
The first verse of the lyrics: “I Am His, and He is Mine”
Loved with everlasting love, led by grace that love to know;
Gracious Spirit from above, Thou hast taught me it is so!
O this full and perfect peace! O this transport all divine!
In a love which cannot cease, I am His, and He is mine.
In a love which cannot cease, I am His, and He is mine.
Card size is 5 x 7.

That is the best card I have seen in a long time, and I've seen hundreds! I totally love its look, its inspiration, everything! Thanks also for taking the time to explain it and its technique!
