This StampinÂ’Up! Triple Layer Stamping technique friend card is super easy to create. And using a stamp set like Bunch of Blossoms works particularly well for this!
Probably one of the easiest ways to create this layered look is to start with a bottom layer of Cardstock (or DSP) cut at 5.5″ x 4.25″. And, the next layer would be the stamping layer cut at 5.25″ x 4″, followed by another layer of the same cardstock (or DSP) cut at 4.5″ x 3.25″. The 4th layer is the stamping layer cut at 4.25″ x 3″, then another layer of Cardstock (or DSP) cut at 3.5″ x 2.25″. Also, the last stamping layer is cut at 3.25″ x 2″.
Finally, take the three stamping layers (5.25″ x 4″, 4.25″ x 3″, and 2.25″ x 2″ and use a temporary adhesive to layer them evenly to do the stamping. Remember, bold images really help to hold the design together.
Assembling the StampinÂ’Up! Triple Layer Stamping technique friend card
After the stamping is done take each stamped layer and attach it to the cardstock (or DSP) layer that is .25″ larger. Finally, you will end up with 3 stamped layers with a border. Finally put dimensionals on the back of each layer if desired and use ribbon and a knot to embellish. Remember to make your envelope pretty!
