When I saw this technique, I thought of this stamp set right away. I have been wanting to use it for a Christmas card this year. I did a collage background to get a few more Christmas elements into the card.

Beautifully done, Pat. I like the collage background which looks like old wrapping paper, and I've always thought this technique lends itself particularly well to flowers. I'm always constrained by a very short supply of magazines, the only one we get regularly is DH's biker one, which tends to have a limited colour palette!

Oh my goodness I have not tried this technique. Great technique and fantastic card! Love the colors and it turned out brilliantly on your card! Sabrina is right this does look like vintage wrapping paper.
