This is my inspiration: https://www.currentcatalog.com/buy/s...-900976-g.html
I just bought some new Blending Brushes. First time to try, thought it might be easier than sponging. Let me just say I need more practice. Work in progress.
Stamped Frosty and covered with a mask. Brushed on the sky. Stamped sentiment.
Used Stipple brush with white ink, to look like snow.
Cut out bird and added with glue dot. Now I look at the photo, the bird looks a little big. :-)
Frosty is my favorite snowman. TFL

I love this retired snowman from SU. He was one of the first stamps I bought many years ago. Once I got hooked on stamping I got my catalog and added many to my wish list and got a few at a time and this was one that make the shopping list. Gorgeous card you created with this sweet image.

Frosty is just so adorable, Carolyn. I think your sky and snow look great and looks like a cold, wintry day.

Cute Christmas card! Your frosty, snowy background is wonderfully chilly looking. Love that Frosty has a feathery friend to visit with. Fabulous rendition of your inspiration.

Carolyn - don't say the bird is too big - say "it's a Texas snowman" (WHEN we get snow there's usually only enough to make about a foot tall Frosty!!) You did a great job with your inspiration and the stippled sky is wonderful.
