I made this for the Ways to Use it window challenge a couple weeks ago. Cut a window in white cs with Coluzzle. Then I cut the same size in the brown paper, as well as the circle one size up. Used tasher's trick of making scalloped edges with the corner rounder.
The snowflake in the middle is a Hero Arts snowflake embossed in copper on vellum. The rest are from the Snowflake Spot. It's hard to see, but Linen is stamped over the whole bg in Creamy Caramel. I added the ribbon before I attached the vellum in place.
I know the copper fits the current WT challenge, but I made it before the challenge was posted, so I'm not gonna link it to that one.
