Gorgeous card! But I must be missing something. I went to the link and am still a little confused on how to do this. Can someone try and explain again? Thanks!

Sorry, I didn't see your question about this technique until today... I'll try to explain...
Stamp on a piece of tissue paper and color in with chalks. Crumple the tissue and then flatten it. Lay a piece of parchment paper down on your ironing board (to protect it), then your card or the piece of CS you will be attaching the tissue to. Then a piece of plastic wrap, then the tissue, then another piece of plastic wrap, then a piece of parchment paper. Then iron for around three minutes, until the plastic wrap melts. The plastic melts through the tissue and adheres the tissue to the card. Peel off both pieces of parchment paper and then cut off the excess melted stuff from the edges of the card. It's kind of hard to explain, but SO COOL!
