Convert for use with CD Cases?

This is an amazing collection. My stamps are unmounted and stored in CD cases. I'm tempted to buy new cases so I can use these inserts. It would probably be a lot easier instead of creating my own...

Is it possible to use the Scallop Edge Punch (or similar edge punches) on round or oval shapes just as easily as on straight edges?
