I would use white stazon. It takes a few minutes to dry, but works awesome! I think the craft ink is better for embossing and I don't think it would dry on the plastic.

I haven't tried it and I probably wouldn't. The refill bottle is way bigger than the ink refills and lasts a LONG time, plus you can use it in other ways too. You can create a really cool texture...
