Same with me.. Had a slice almost a year and something minor broke.. I mailed it back and they sent me a brand new one, entire starter set, with a ton of extra stuff. Wonderful experience for me!

I just used the above instrucitons on using a template to cut the words out of this picture.. I kinda like it! I cut the word enjoy out of the clouds and sand the switched them around..

I got mine from Michaels.. but be warned the can looks like it is full but there is a plastic liner in it that takes up about half of the can!!!
